Enter your Employee ID or SSN, Old password and a New password twice. When you click 'submit' your password will be changed.

  • Passwords must be a minimum of 8 and a maximum of 40 characters in length
  • Passwords must include at least 1 uppercase, 1 lowercase, and 1 numeric or special character)
    • Special characters allowed are ! # $ ^ & * - + _ ? = ~
  • Passwords cannot contain your full name (first or last)
  • Passwords cannot contain your userID ({fi}[{mi}]{first 6 or 7 of lnm})
  • Passwords cannot contain your SSN or Employee ID
  • Passwords cannot have a repeating sequence of characters > 2 (i.e. aaa or 111)
  • Passwords must be >= 4 characters different than your current password
  • Passwords cannot contain: alter, create, drop, grant, revoke, select, insert, update, delete
  • Passwords cannot contain any whitespace characters (space, tab, shift-enter)

  • Passwords must be different than the previous 24 passwords by at least one character
  • Passwords shall be changed every 20 months
  • Passwords must be a minimum of 1 day old before they may be changed again
  • Passwords will be locked out after a number of unsuccessful attempts
